Who is this Woman?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9IODJdi3GA

I've watched this video many times but I just noticed that a woman walks by the window at 2:04. (watch at 0.25 speed to see her)

Planned or just someone passing by?

*sorry if this has been discussed before. Nothing came up in search history.
