My first brew.

opened the first bottle of my first brew today, nothern brewer was a amber( block party amber maybe?). anyways i messed up a little i left the hops in the fermenter instead of filtering them out from the boiling pot( wort?). has a hop taste upfront but ended with a caramel finish, after having it poured in a glass for about 20mins its mellowed out that hop taste and was very enjoyable. needless to say I'm already excited for my next batch.
