I've never been one to ask for help, but its eating me up inside. I want to let it all go.

When I fuck up or do something that is against my own morals I hold it in, I want to talk to someone but I cant and wont. I dont want to burden anyone with the negative shit I've done in my life. It's all slowly eating me up inside.
