Budget Deck Ideas for New Players

Below are three very cheap decks that can compete in the Meta. I am not saying that these decks are tier 1, but rather wanted to highlight that competent tier 2 decks can be constructed cheaply.

Mono Earth Monks:

Use Yang+Ursula and Psicom Warden to be aggressive. Momodi and Matt will help you defend against decks that rely on dulling your large forwards. Rauhban+Ingus+Enna Kros gives you 9k removal attached to a body. Evoker helps you to ramp backups more quickly. The one-ofs can be switched up depending on the Meta. Fenrir helps against Veritas and Yuri.

Blitz Aggro Warriors of Light:

This deck aims to kill your opponent very quickly and to prevent blocking or make it so that blocking will be very bad for your opponent. Meeth helps setup more consistent Aigis+Sol and can tutor for Firion, Tifa, and Zell as needed. Varuna and Warrior of Light are almost always getting full value with this list and it can end games incredibly fast and has the ability to prevent the opponent from blocking cheaply with many of the backups.

FFVII Chocobo Aggro

Spam the board with weenies and use Mateus and Shiva to hit the opponent for a lot of damage. Zidane, Genesis, and Shelke are in here for disruption and Arc can win the game out of nowhere. Adele and Light Cloud could be other strong inclusion in this list. The 2 cost Aerith is in here for budget reasons over the legend, but also can be played more cheaply than rare Aerith who costs 3 which is a lot more expensive foe an aggressive list.
