USA negotiations with terrorists

There isn't a source I can find which states exactly how many terrorists were released, but for the sum of 50 tons of gold the USARMY released a number of ISIS killers/rapists/terrorists. This happened March first, 2019 or so. On the 25th of March the Pentagon approved 1 billion dollars worth of funding for Trump's wall, the funding to be taken from the USARMY's budget.

Its pretty much cut/dry.
