Vip to premium downgrade

Hi everyone. Played a bit of lotro way back in 2012 and I'm now getting back into it. Always been a f2p player but now I'm thinking about getting a month of Vip and then play as a premium player, however I have some questions about the downgrade that I could not find (recent) answers to. Could you guys help me out? What is the difference between vip to premium and pure premium players? With the downgrade what happens, especially in regard to: •quest packs •Inventory (75 or 45) •gold limit •shared wardrobe •Mail •swift travel
