"BuzzFeed has breaking news, 
vital journalism..."
I stopped reading after that,
My fault.
I went in there expecting news
All I saw was 
Clickbait trash, hungry for views.
Turning body positivity into
A love for obesity
Unhealthy articles that
Glorified anxiety.
I'm not antagonizing you,
because I forgot to read after
Vital journalism.
You create memes
Shared by misled teens
hoping hopelessly
to achieve impossible dreams.
But you do stay true to your name though,
You create buzz,
I'll give you that
feed it to naive fools.
Get a million views, flat!
I'm sorry for expressing my anger
It's nothing personal
But it seems like words are the only weapon
left in my depleted arsenal.
Now you will use me as clickbait
And I eagerly await the day
"This guy said he hates BuzzFeed,
and here's what we have to say."

I totally agree with you about Buzzfeed. I think this is a perfect poem like those produced by Andrea Gibson but on the topic of journalism. Love these lines:

You create memes

Shared by misled teens

hoping hopelessly to achieve impossible dreams.

I quite liked this! The ending bought it all back together nicely and you had some sort of scheme going on with the unhealthy articles, etc, being a parallel to food because, Buzz-FEED. Also, don't they sometimes post cooking articles as well? Which could come back to the unhealthy articles being legitimately that depending on the recipe they post

It was a parallel, but mostly it was mentally unhealthy articles. Particularly BuzzFeed India, they're sharing articles in the name of body positivity, which just deny the unhealthiness of obesity. There's a difference between fat is beautiful and fat is healthy.
