i need help

so i recently built a computer (finished on january 1, 2019 12:04 AM) and it worked great for the oongest time, and then i tries to unlock all 4 cores because i have a youtube channel and editing will not work well on 2 cores. I used AMD's official software Ryzen Master and then I started getting bluescreens. no matter what i tried i couldnt enter troubleshooting because u only had like a minute before i got a bsod. i couldnt reinstall windows because everytime u dis it it would boot back where i started. so i had the(not so great) idea of uninstalling windows and reinstalling it manually. i cleared my drive and booted up windows install. i went through the install like normal and then it started preparing files, and u got error code 8x007025d. i looked it up online and the RAM companies forums said it could be my RAM or my HDD. I replaced both (my HDD First) and came out with the same result. I replaced my RAM and my computer stopped booting. when i turn it on my Debug lights for CPU turn on and when i take the RAM out the debug lights for CPU and RAM both come on. I'm running out of patience and money for this and i just wanna play minecraft, Terraria, and Apex :(
