Prey (2017)'s audio is all messed up! Any solution?

Hey there,

so I got Prey (2017) through GamePass and everything about this game is amazing -it's like System Shock 2 for me- except for the audio. With everything left at default 100, voices are terribly loud with lots of distortion and muffled dialogue. Turning them down to around half and raising overall game volume helps somewhat, but the game still sounds way off. Sound mixing seems all over the place, some sounds are too loud, others really quiet; audio source distances are confusing; ...

My setup: 2.1 on a Denon AVR-X1100W, HDMI Bitstream out, DTS // Atmos for Headphones
