Can anyone ID these spider bites (or whatever it is) from a long time ago?

Wasn't too worried about it at the time but curiosity has struck me a year and half later.

Anyone know what these are or what kind of spider it was if they are spider bites (that's what I assumed.) Never saw the spider if that's the case. Woke up with these bumps.

Began as tiny red bumps and turned into big pimple looking things. Popped the pimples and that's pic 1.

Sensitive to the touch but basically painless. Mildly itchy. Presented with a sizeable rash but went away.

Pic 2 is when the sores scabbed over. Pic 3 is present day scars.
