Normal XP

(Yes, I know you can turn off XP).

I appreciate we're a long way off feature requests, but... Homecoming's at somewhere between 50% and 100% XP, I gather COXG has some whopping XP multiplier, and the small servers channel I think I've seen get up to 4.5x XP. I used to turn off XP during double XP weekends.

I would really like the XP on/off toggle to have an option to always get normal XP. If I get extra bonus influence, that'd be nice, but not essential. As it is I'm in a slightly absurd situation where I might as well have a "gain level" button because turning on XP on relatively lowbie characters pretty well gains levels on demand.

(I'd also like to be able to opt into pre-i5 debt. No, not joking.)
