An attempt at an Dokkan Fest-exclusive villain LR

LR SSJ Gohan & SSJ Goten are about to hit Global pretty soon as the 5th Dokkan Fest-exclusive LR.
Coincidentially, they also happen to be the 5th super type Dokkan Fest-exclusive LR.
And the 4th one that features Goku.
That ... seems kind of boring if you ask me.
It's been a while since I've thought about 'custom cards', but given the occasion I did some brainstorming and came up with a few ideas.
That being said, I wanted to start with what is probably the character that I expected the least to lack in that front; Frieza
Leader Skill: 'Namek Arc' category +4 Ki, +170% attack, HP & defense or 'Wicked Bloodline' category +3 Ki, +170% attack & 150% HP & defense
Namek Arc is pretty damn limited atm and this hypothetical LR FF Frieza wouldn't allow you to play FF Frieza, one of the category's best units.
That being said, the only units that would deserve a big leader skill for this category are either Frieza or SSJ Goku, and I'm good on my Gokus for the moment.
The secondary boost to Wicked Bloodline because ... come on, it's goddamn Frieza. He makes up half of that category, with the other half being overrun by Metal Coolers.
Passive - Oppressive Fear: +120% attack & defense; chance to stun all opponents; -30% attack & defense to all opponents
LR FF Frieza's passive would work similarly to Jaco and Chiatzou; he will always stun on turn 1.
The focus on debuffing and stunning mostly comes from Frieza's biggest trait throughout the arc; the impression that he left on the Z-Fighters and the audience. He's the Big Bad Boss of Dragonball, and those that oppose him should feel that pressure.
Super Attacks:
- 12 Ki: Death Beam - causes colossal damage to the opponent and greatly lowers defense
- 18 Ki: Death Ball - causes mega colossal damage to the opponent & has a medium chance to stun
- 18 Ki (below 50% of your HP and once only): Death Psycho Bomb - massively raises attack for 1 turn and causes mega colossal damage
'Death Psycho Bomb' is a name given to me by the DB wiki - it's the technique used by Frieza to kill Krillin.

Pretty standard for FF Frieza I'd say.
Active Skill - long awaited 100%: available if you lose 40% of your HP or more within a single turn; power up to 100% of Frieza's power
NEW Passive Skill - An Emperor's true Power: +200% attack & +50% defense & +6 Ki; lose 50% attack & defense & 3 Ki every turn (maximum of 100% attack & defense & 6 Ki)
The best I can do to mimick FP Frieza; incredibly powerful but runs out of stamina pretty quickly. On the turn you're using it you're getting an LR with +200% attack though, so ... that's cool.
And yes, his defense will eventually go into the negatives. On the third turn after he went Full Power he will have a 50% debuff to his defense, which can be mitigated with supports like SSJR Goku Black.
NEW Super Attacks:
- 12 Ki: Death Saucer - causes mega-colossal damage to the opponent
- 18 Ki: Nova Strike - causes mega-colossal damage to the opponent and greatly raises defense for 1 turn
- 18 Ki (if your HP is below 40% and once only): You'll die by my hands!!! - massively raises attack for 1 turn and causes mega-colossal damage
changes to links: Prodigies and Shocking Speed get replaced by Nightmare and Over in a Flash
Basically FP Frieza's linkset without Prodigies. I thought Nightmare was more fitting so I changed it.

And that's it. I left out stats since those are kind of unimportant to the general idea. It's been eons since I've made a post like that and it probably looks like crap, so apologies.
