SMART POST IS DUMB POST

Never use smart post. My parcel shipped to me from NJ to Ca arrived in Anaheim in a week. Anaheim now reports it won't be delivered for another week. Customer rep says "well it's a small package under 2 lbs and it may take a few extra days to sort! It's not small its medium by usps priortiy box standards! Oh gosh, now I understand, Fedex can't handle delivery. My prior experience was that they accepted a package in North Carolina with a PO box mailing address and it arrived in Irvine where they said Oh, we don't deliver to PO boxes! Their system is BROKEN
