(Company Law) A company intentionally capping assets
Hi, can a company intentionally cap their assets? I'm doing an assignment about a pharmaceutical company that creates a subsidiary to test new drugs on people. Knowing that stuff might go wrong they capped the assets of their subsidiary at £50 000. Is this legal? If it is, are there any exceptions to it where it might not be legal anymore? I've tried looking for cases or anything on this but I haven't found any. Thought I should ask here for help
