I had a small window to ask a girl for her number and I missed it...
So, I was on the train heading to my class, I was on the last carriage and I chose to stand (In australia btw). Anyway, around 3 stops before my stop, I saw a girl (Asian, I would say Korean) get on the train and stood in front of me and for the remainder of the ride she stood quite close to me almost as if she knows me. She even turned towards me still close to me and went on her phone and would sometimes shoot glances my way. Through all this I started to get nervous and started preparing myself to ask her for her number. I started to think about my past experience with me failing to ask a different girl out and told myself not to back out and just go for it. Once we got off I started getting ready to ask her, but then as we continued to walk I kept holding back, as in I tried to move up to her but I couldn’t. And sadly I ultimatelyfailed once again to ask for someone’s number.
It’s difficult to muster up the courage to talk to a stranger you’ve never met, especially if you are looking for a relationship with them...
