[S07E22 Spoilers]Olivers Legacy
I guess that whole Oliver living until 70's thing was shit lol. But foreal tho that ending was just depressing. After what a decade of hell torture and loss, he still doesn't get a happy ending. They tried to messily bring it full circle by tying his sister to the ship being destroyed which set in motion the show, and by letting Oliver place all of that anger and loss unto her and resolving his character arc with her death, and even Tommy showing up. But it just feels cheap. The man earned being able to peacefully raise William and Mia and having a legacy of the many times he saved the city. But instead both his children grow up with abandonment issues over him, all the sacrifice went to shit as the city looks like a legit shithole, not to mention it just seems like Oliver is always getting shat on. I even had to agree with felicity and be like "why is it always him exactly? Barry at least gets to meet his daughter before he dissapears". I won't even touch that tracking people by DNA with a shitty rpg helmet that is somehow so op it can read and cross reference someones genome against a database and adjust to peoples fighting skills.

Lol why are people mad about no happy ending. Vigilantes don't get happy endings, imagine season 8 been 9 EPs of Oliver and felicity doing housework then coie in ep 9
He’s not a vigilante anymore. He became a hero just like Barry and Kara. Just less peppy. I mean what you’ve described is what Hawkeye was doing in endgame so I don’t see why not. There doesn’t even need to be another season of “Arrow”. He just had to show up for the crossover.
