A little assistance with miracles please

I believe I'm done with the Mormon thing but for now hold on to the teachings of Jesus. The rational side of me still wants to analyze His miracles, maybe arrive at simple explanations for them. Here a couple I thought of. Please add yours.

WATER TO WINE Put water in old used wine skins and wait a bit, it will have a wine taste.

RAISING THE DEAD It is a sophisticated process even now to clinically identify death. (I have unfortunately had a close experience with the process). How do we know they were dead and not deeply unconscious?
