looksmaxing steps and maintenance?

i'm trying to get into looksmaxing but it all seemed so endless and overwhelming. when i think back my female classmates started polishing their appearance in middle school so by the time they're adults they've got all these steps down like the back of their hand. it feels overwhelming trying to catch up when they've got years of practice under their belt. first step would be weight loss; i've always been chubby so i guess i don't even really know what my face looks like under the fat? when i gain weight i see it immediately in my face, i'm not one of those people who can get really big body-wise but still keep their face looking the same for the most part.

so after weight loss there's getting a flattering haircut and the upkeep and maintenance of that: the cut, color, shampoos, conditioners, styling. then skincare and makeup and teeth whitening and all the different steps for maintaining a well groomed face. i'll probably never surgerymax, i'm too much of a wimp to even consider it so i'll have to get my makeup skills together. fillers seem more reasonable but still those needles are no joke. anyway, then you have to shave pretty much everything below the neck and keep your body soft and even toned, your nails polished and shaped. then comes curating a stylish wardrobe and dressing yourself in flattering styles and colors. i'm probably forgetting something even after all these steps.

sometimes it occurs to me that i have no hope of being anything higher than a 4/10 so what's the point? but i guess i'm curious what i'll look like if i actually manage to complete all these steps so i keep going. those of you who are trying to looksmax, what steps are you taking? which ones are you skipping?
