Songs about watching people

Not looking for a specific song. I'm doing a documentary for a school project on the Patriot Act and I need songs about watching/stalking people. I know this is really specific and sort of an odd request but any help is appreciated! Think of songs like: Eye in the Sky - Alan Parsons Project Every Breath You Take - The Police Private Eyes - Hall and Oates
