The first encounter

So about 10 years ago, im 19 now, me and my cousin were sick. We had both been throwing up and my aunt had to go to work so she brought my cousin to my house. Now here is a little history about my house. I have a neighbor called Mrs. B. She lived in my house about 20 or so years ago. She never told us but our house has some terrifying history. There was a couple living in our house in the early 1900's and the mans name was Ronald Goldman. I never learned the womans name. The man worked in the mines located about 1.5 miles from my house. The mines were converted to grain silos and a railroad stop. The man was a very jealous person. One day he came home drunk. He was suspicious that his wife was cheating. He chased her up and down the hallway of my house and stabed her around 17 times. The man hid the body which was found in another city and killed himself in the restroom of our house. When we first moved into a house we found a very old kitchen knife in the attic. We didnt think anything of it and threw it away. So back to me and my cousin. We were in my room which is conected to the hallway.we were watching i think the power rangers movie but im not sure. My cousin also suffered a brain anurism as a newborn child. While watching tv i looked over into the hallway and seen a very tall shadow figure with no distinct features at all. It was like he was watching me. As soon as i looked at it he just turned around and walked into the living room. I got up and ran into the living room. My mom was sitting right where the figure would have had to walked by but facing away from the figure. I asked my mom if anyone was here and i even gave specific names of who i could be but she said nothing. I didnt elaborate and went back to my room. About a week later i told my moms partner and she told me something that terrified me. That night before my story my mom and her were asleep and suddenly my mom sat up chokeing and hitting her partner trying to wake her up. She then looked towards the window and saw the same figure i described. She got up and ran towarda the door to confront the person. When she open the door however the figure had walked to the end of our block which is about 10 houses long. Then in 2014 there was alot of stuff happening. Things going missing, smoke in the hallway, shadow figures, and some scary things said by my two little sisters. We finaly went to talk to our neighbor and she finally explained everything. She had up bless the house then left the house. Since then alot of things have come up. I moved out of the house and have just recently moved back in and have experienced insomnia and nightmares. Both are not normal for me. Please expect updated
