Shelf life of Hydrofluosilicic acid

Does anyone have any documentation on the shelf life of HSF? Does it degrade like 12.5% bleach does? We have a project where the engineer spec'd a 1500 gallon tank when they are dosing at .5 gph. That is about a 125 day supply which is overkill.
