Left Bud is connected but has no Audio anymore

Pretty much the title. The right bud is perfectly fine but the left bud was faulty from the beginning. After a while, the left would either be de-synced with the right or it would have static like sound. Both would had been fixed with a reconnect but now the audio is completely out. The touchpad works and on the Wearable App, it says the left is connected and charged. The audio is dead. Pretty disappointed as I had these no longer than 2 weeks.
