Excel program for creating schedules

I am wondering if this exists:

An excel algorithm or scheduling program that does the following:

Enter employees

Enter clients

Customize the following areas:

This employee can only work between these times, or cannot work these days

This client is only available during these times

This client has other appointments that have to be scheduled together

This client works well with these 3 employees, or would not work well with these 2 employees

This employee works well with clients above this age

This employee can only work at this clinic location

and with all of that information: be able to generate a schedule. Does this exist?

In my mind some type of data validation is used to determine which statements are TRUE and FALSE and somehow it creates a schedule based on those customized areas. Any help would be appreciated!
