[Help] How to parse/modify CSV to easily import to InfluxDB

I will preface with, I am not familiar with InfluxDB in any way, but was assigned a task through work and I am spinning my wheels today trying to make headway.

I have the following CSV file that I am trying to get into InfluxDB so that i can make some pretty graphs via Grafana for a presentation, that may end up becoming a dashboard for our internal staff. Pastebin copy of file

I think the issue is how the data is arranged, which is the column header contains the values name, and then below each specific column is the value(s).

I have tried csv-to-influxdb.py from Github as well as csv2influx which used json, but still didn't come out just right...I read over the documentation from InfluxDB about the Influx Line Protocol but got even more lost.

The above pastebin, technically in its entirety contains roughly 18,000 rows, but only 8-10 columns.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
