Something said on Majority 54 - Could anyone help me find it again.

Hi fellow Friends of the pod,

I'll get right to it. I distinctly remember Jason Kander saying in either one of his episodes or one of his call ins with the guys something to the extent of 'it shouldn't matter where in America you live for you to be happy' or 'The American dream should be within reach regardless of what state you live in'. That sentiment has stuck in my head. I'd love to hear that segment again. Also to memorise it in earnest.

I'm currently re-listening to old episodes but have been unable to find it. I exhausted pretty much all episodes I expected it to be in. Could anyone with a better memory help me out? Anyone have any idea which episode it was said in? I looked for episode transcripts as well but there seem to be none of those either.
