I kept the title as vague as possible for the anime watchers. Here's the actual title: Does each titan-wielder Eren eats reset his titan AIDS clock? After he ate the hammer titan, does he get another 7 years, or is he still going to die soon? Sorry if this has been discussed before, I couldn't really think of what to search for.

We actually don’t know.
Ymir died with all titans after 13 years, but she already had the titans in one go so it’s not really a solid proof of evidence to debunk.
Think of it like an antivirus subscription. Say you buy a 1 year subscription and a 2 year subscription. Now, pretend you activate both subscriptions at the same time. You don’t suddenly have 3 years of subscription, you only have two since both start in effect at the same time. Now, if you wait for the 1 year to expire and then activate the two year; then that’s when you technically have 3 years.
No shifter has had more than one power at a time since Ymir herself. So, it’s not like any character in the series has any true knowledge on it. Until it’s blatantly confirmed that Eren’s time is still up in 4 years, then it’s still in the realm of possibility.
Hasn't Eren shown that shifters can gain the power of the titans they consume though? He has the attack and warhammer and the powers of the female titan. Is that different from what Ymir had? (not trying to be hostile I know I come off that way)

Do titans gain the powers of shifters they consume? Then yes. But that doesn’t debunk their time resetting. Eren only has 3 Titan powers right now. He had the attack and the founder. He only acquired the warhammer recently.
Ymir already had all 9 powers, if I remember correctly. It wasn’t until her death that her powers were split.
Eren doesn’t have the female titan. The female titan is still with Annie as she is still alive.
Basically my question is if acquiring those powers resets the timer. From the comments on here it seems like no.
Again, we don’t know. Eren is the first individual to consume another Titan power and continue his life.
Grisha is the only other to do it, but he was in his final year and had no reason to risk it on some theory. It was a better option for him to pass on his powers rather than risk the entire mission.

Well we don’t exactly know that as a fact. I feel like he gave eren the powers because in his mind they were going to come after him. That’s my theory but yea we don’t really know he was about to die or not.
No. Considering Ymir died after 13 years with all titan powers, getting a new titan does not reset the clock. Grisha got the founding titan very close to the end of his 13 years and passed his titan to Eren presumably because he was dying.
