This was flashed on the technician's USB drive as a boot program. I do not have the file and could not download it even using a VPN and dummy Lenovo account as file access is restricted.

This was a USB stick boot program from a ThinkPad support engineer. Somehow I was able to record this without notice, since I became friendly with him.
I was unable to download the tool as the Lenovo account I made was "not permitted" for this tool.
EDIT: I also ran the Unconfigure ME option on my L470 successfully. I could not understand what happened though.

I wish I had another Sandisk Cruzer Blade USB to exchange it with.
