Mormonism & Spiritual Gifts

Long story short I was a Mormon. I had what was called the "Melchezidek Priesthood". I could use it to administer blessings, and perform certain ordinances. 1 year after being saved I know the real deal.

I believe I used to be aided by demons...let me explain. Mormonism is based off a false Christ, a false God, and is definitely a gospel contrary to the one Paul taught. A literal "angel" appeared to Joseph Smith.

I used to have dreams that would come to fruition, and had an eerie sense of intuition to the point where my friend turned around and said, "You're the devil!". At that moment I became scared. Shortly after I prayed to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob to find my true path.

I was saved not long after that prayer ☺ Thank you Lord! However, all the intuition disappeared. I do, however, feel The Holy Spirit more and He brings tears to me when I draw closer to him. I feel that the scary intuitions (demons), guided me to keep me chained to a certain mindset of power.

I feel a little lost honestly. I need to learn to access God's power in my life, and to recognize His presence. I don't know what I can call upon when asking God for guidance, in other words.

What's the biblical way that God can show me what to do? Thanks in advance!
