Predictions for SDCC and D23

Feige and Iger have said that the Phase 4 plans will be revealed after Far From Home. San Diego Comic Con starts July 18, and D23 is on August 23. People are talking about how they'll probably split the announcements between conventions. So what are your predictions as to what will be announced?

I personally believe one will be about Phase 4 movie slate and the other will about the Disney+ shows. I'm not sure how far out the plans will be, though. Its possible they could announce everything up until 2022 (which they have dates for), but after what happened last time they announced a huge slate, I'm not completely sure.
