How to apply with a June 29 retake?

So I'm planning on retaking a 504 MCAT on June 29, and I'm trying to figure out how I should go about applying.

Originally, I was going to stick with the "apply to 1 throwaway school" plan to get AMCAS verified, but I feel like I should just apply to all the schools I'm looking at so I am able to get secondaries earlier. If I add the schools after score release (7/30), I wouldn't get secondaries done until mid-August, which is late. Basically I'm wondering if it's better to apply to all schools with the 504 visible and a pending MCAT to get my application complete earlier, or wait until score release (7/30) to add schools and be complete later. I'm confused & any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
