Strange pain and feeling

I took 36mg concerta, 20mg prozac and weed throughout the day; then late before bed i decided to smoke some more to fall asleep. I ended up smoking more than usual (about 3 more full hits), and within a few minutes it hit me like a fucking train. I hadn’t been getting high really all day, but suddenly my anxiety was through the roof and i was really high. My feet started warming up and getting hot, and sweaty. Then it was too much to have my legs or feet touching because they were so sensitive it had become painful. Then my feet felt like they were burning in pain, so i looked down to check them put and touched the bottom of my foot lightly. It was red, but it turned white for about 6 seconds in a way larger area than my finger and the burning pain intensified in that area. Then my stomach felt weird and i VERY LIGHTLY grazed the skin on my abdomen, and got a sharp pain in my stomach that lasted around ten minutes from just the touch, and along with that it made my stomach cold, and the coldness spread throughout my body. Not sure if anything else happened but it sent my anxiety through the roof. Does anyone know what could have caused this..?
