Anyone know how long it generally takes to pick up the funding certificate and the forms from Service Hub?

Went today and took about 2 hours.

Went today and took about 2 hours.
It took about an hour for me. It depends if there is a line up and how many advisors are available.
Hours are from Monday - Friday until 3pm.
