As title suggests, QMK firmware as of recently has support for Solus Linux.
Just run shell script

    util/linux_install.sh

This should install all the tools needed for compiling and flashing QMK firmware for your QMK supported keyboard.

If you open that script, you will see that all major Linux distros are already supported. Solus is newest addition to that script.

Great news--but, side note, why only Solus?  

Edit: I'm genuinely curious, as I don't have a QMK board (yet, one day); so I don't necessarily know where it is or isn't available.
