Y’all may disagree. Sometimes I feel like rice & gravy is one of our best kept secrets. Gumbo, Crawfish, and Jambalaya get all the attention, and rightfully so... I love all of them. But whenever I talk to someone who’s not from Louisiana about rice & gravy they have no idea what I’m talking about.
