Got special offer for Lucius and couldn't purchase...what gives?

As the title says...leveled up, had an offer pop up for a Lucius for $0.99 and couldn't buy it. Literally wouldn't let me click the button to buy it.

Closed the game and did some other stuff, checked back later and still couldn't buy it timer still ticking down. Contacted support but they won't do anything. Is there anywhere else that they can be contacted besides Facebook messenger?
