Operator rankings by win rate
These were posted on r/rainbow6 and I wondered whether anyone would care to explain why it comes out like this - is it about synergy or skill level or effectiveness?

Most crucially i'm interested in pick-rate, which is kinda important for evaluating the numbers.
These are probably from the official Ubisoft statistics they release every season and every mid season, if you find the most recent patch and search for the Dev blog, you might find these statistics.
