Can we talk about how stupid fuel amount is ?

I was thinking about it for years, why the hell didnt we get a personal amount, and pick up between max and min, but that many how we want, why are we getting options like 6, 20 and 23 like in mig, this sucks coz the perfect amount will be about 15 min. Gaijin please give us freedome in fuel pickups.
