Does anyone feel that Champions league has gotten harder recently (for recent careers and Ultimate difficulty users)

I have been winning champions league with no problem and my recent 2 careers, the game is impossible to win and the game only allows me to score when I am behind. Did they patch the difficultly? I can’t even score 1 v 1s when the goal will put me in the lead because the goalkeeper is the second coming of jesus.
