Worried about PSU, too broke to do something - advice?

PRICES ARE CANADIAN!!! Yes they are expensive because parts in Canada are expensive!! Keep in mind, taxes are crazy as well.

I'm working on a superduper low end build, scraping components I already have and going as cheap as I can with sales. Managed to get a B450M MORTAR for $100(listed below as tomahawk but you get the idea, plus its better), I've got the memory sticks for $100, and I'm picking up the RX 580 (4GB) for $100, the PSU for $20 (hes basically just giving it to me), and Ryzen 3 for $80 more. Total of $400. I already have the case and HDD. I could go for a Ryzen 5 2600 for +$85 but I cant justify it with 3000 series around the corner. May upgrade after release when prices drop. Will also upgrade the 4gb gpu for something better at that time (and with it, the psu)

Firstly, what do you think of the build? I'll probably gom.2 when I get extra cash, but the rest I'll be saving for an overhaul (psu, gpu, cpu).

Is the PSU good for now though?
