Anyone here building ROA first on Neeko lately?

Gone for it a few times now and it feels so freaking good. Usually, at least in top lane, you can bully your way into a couple of plates and/or a kill so you can get it really fast. Once it stacks up you're deceptively hard to kill (as in you'll get 3 shotted instead of 1 shotted, but that makes a big difference lol) and you just shit out damage with it. I've been going ROA --> Deathcap (or Protobelt, depending on if the enemy team has a lot of primary engage or if I need the extra dash from Protobelt to land good ults consistently) for the last few games and it has felt a lot safer plus higher damage than the typical Ludens or Protobelt first itemization.
