Mk7 Golf Sound Aktor and oil pan

Hello! I know two things that people dislike about the golf r and gti mk. VII and was wondering if they’d apply to other normal trims, like my Golf Sportwagen. I was wondering if a standard golf still had a sound aktor and if it also had a plastic oil pan. Any replies appreciated.
