To BPO peeps, anyone here working/worked for Stellar Philippines?

I am planning to resign from my low-paying media job because I am sending my sister to school. Then I saw Stellar ads on facebook, and learned that they pay Communications Assistants (for hard-of-hearing) 45k per month. Is this too good to be true? How's the work environment there? If ever, this is my first time ever to work for a BPO company, so I need all the advice I can get. Thank you!
