Can ubi buff elas recoil

Ela has gone through alot recently scince operation chimera and if you guys read the patch notes at the time you noticed her recoil was changed on pc you guys were Probobly like" its just recoil i can handle it " but if you trie ela on console her recoil is just everywhere i can go from the floor to the roof in just 2.5 seconds its just that hard i highly doubt this will make ela op like she used to be i already know im going to get downvoted, i just have to get this out i was just fustrated >:(
