Corrupted World

So recently, a world me and my friends were playing on got corrupted. The name of the world is just blank, the tree icon is only corrupted (no hallow), world size says "Unknown World", it says the world was made today and my game crashes upon entering. Oddly enough, unlike most other posts I've read, the player I played as is completely fine and everything else is perfect. Might also have to mention that the game made me choose a language upon opening, as well as settings and controls were reset. The backup of the world appears to be corrupted as well. I've tried restoring a previous version, bu the only previous version of my Documents>Terraria>Worlds folder is a long time ago, like right when we started the world. No, the worlds weren't saved to SteamCloud. This honestly kinda makes me sad since this was my (and my friends') first time doing a full Terraria playthrough. We have just beaten a couple Golems and a lot of other things before. Mainly the reason I'm so eager not to start over is because our world generation wasn't exactly great. The jungle was in the middle of 2 corruption biomes and we spent a lot of time digging those hellevators to stop the corruption. I've searched through a lot of videos/posts and nothing worked. Is there any way to fix this?
