Ford Explorer 2004, Super loud squealing

Hi! My family has a Ford Explorer, but recently when it turns to the right it makes a super loud squeal, it comes from the Left side back tyre. Took it to the dealership and they didnt find anythig. It still makes the noice. Any help is welcome! Thanks
