Advice on Staying/Leaving Parish after Priest is Relocated

New Catholic and this will be the first time I will experience a Priest being relocated.

In Houston, my wife and I go to the Catholic Charismatic Center because Fr. Mark Goring has a gift for delivering God’s message and he is solid in Catholicism & church doctrines/dogmas.

Personally, the modern approach of the CCC is not my taste and prefer traditional mass. But the wife enjoys the modernized mass. Our compromise for going to the CCC was Fr. Mark Goring.

The Priest replacing him is good, but has a very thick accent which makes it hard to understand him (been at the parish for about a year). What advice does the community suggest on how to handle these transitions? Should we change parishes?
