Might be a stretch, but any Armenia vapers?

I am visiting Yerevan in a few days and wanted to go to a vape shop there. Specifically interested in Yerevan Vape by the Freedom square. I was wondering if there are any Armenian made ejuices or devices to look out for there?

Also, how is the town to English, Russian, or French speakers?
