Four days high??

I spent the last 4 days being high- in elevation - LOL!! Seriously though, I got back last night from spending 4 days camping in the cool pines of northern Arizona (7000 ft in elevation- no internet). It was hard because I usually smoke my way through it, but I needed a calm and peaceful place to help with my detox. Day 9! It was perfect. I still had the typical withdrawal symptoms, but I feel SO much better now. Not having the pressures of work and everyday life, and no internet service was absolutely wonderful. If you can get away for a few days, do it!!! You won’t regret it.
