How can I add my Google play music to a YouTube video

I am planning on making a video with a recent song I downloaded, but I see absolutely no way of doing so, even though apparently I can. I am on android and could get hold of my dad's laptop if I really had to but I want to know if there's a way from my phone, does anyone know how? Thanks
