Where to park my bike.

Hey all! I’ve been commuting to work everyday by bike for about a month now. I started with only a few days a week and now I’m doing long weekend rides and running errands around town on my 2 wheeled burrito burning machine. I live in a small city in the New England and finding bike parking is a pain. Sometimes I have to walk a quarter mile from the nearest public bike parking. What are some solutions to this? Anyone else experience something similar?
